Welcome to our research group!
We explore the design and characterization of environmentally friendly perovskite materials, focusing on metal-free and lead-free 2D perovskites. Our work compares mechanosynthesis and solution-based processing to uncover how synthesis routes influence structure and function. We investigate the structural and optoelectronic properties of these materials, with a strong emphasis on their stimuli-responsive behavior, particularly their response to temperature, light, and pressure. Our goal is to understand and harness these properties for next-generation optoelectronic and sensing applications.
